Ever find yourself staring at 20 bottles of water not knowing the difference?
As a devoted dad and tech founder, it’s just not practical to have wine with every meal.
Sometimes I´m driving my daughter to sports in the evening. Other times I´m jumping on late-night calls for work.
I was missing an alcohol free option that makes a meal taste better and feel special…
…and as a foodie I enjoy sharing the story behind the bottle I have chosen with my dinner guests.
One day, I noticed something hiding in plain sight: over 20 different bottled waters in the supermarket.
I had no idea what made them different.
No tasting notes.
No food pairing advice.
No story about where they´re from.
Just brand names.
So with my daughters help, we loaded them all into our trolley and took them home to taste.
The flavours were all so unique.
That’s when I started Water Not Wine…
…to share what I discovered.
